A Night in Lyon

2 min read

I went on a shooting session in Lyon, France to try out some techniques with the Canon 80D. I mostly tried long exposure photos and some of those shots came out okay.

Sous un pont ;)

The sky was pretty clear so I had no problems with the light, although I would have liked a bit of rain to get more reflection. Well another time maybe. I must have taken at least thirty photos witch is really not a lot, I need to remind myself to shoot more and change settings between shots. I had many out of focus pictures that I thought look really good in camera !

Lyon is a beautiful city but in the winter it is very cloudy and very hard to get good light during the daytime, and since it lights up every monument at night the potential for better photography arises. I shot everthing with a 18-35 Sigma F/1.8 lens.
