Hello, people of the internet. Jean-philippe Gams is my name, I'm 45 almost 46, I have 2 kids, 6 and 10 boy and girl. I'm French and live in Lyon, France.
I'm a CrossFit box Owner : CrossFit Villeurbanne witch is my main gig, and it takes a lot of time...
Currently
I 'm working on a home fitness program called Rslnt Training That should be launched very soon now. (It's in French but you are more than welcome to try it when it drops)
Passions
- Martial Arts, I even used to Coach before I did CrossFit, mostly Chinese martial art, you can read more here. And I recently starting learning BJJ.
- Photography, due to my CrossFit box, I had to take up photography, mainly for social networks at first but it grew on me. I even vlogged and made a few YouTube videos on my channel.
- I surf, or at least I try... And I surf skate.
- I do web design and code my own websites.
